Allie Altschuler

Allie and I have trained Muay Thai together for a long time. For many years I’ve watched her train ruthlessly, and even though I’m more than a foot taller than she is, she never shies away from kicking me in the head. When I was ready to buy my first home in Los Angeles, I had a feeling Allie would have the same tenacity and endurance as an agent. We did in fact end up winning in a very competitive situation. My home came along during a very difficult and complicated time in my life, and I had to be out of the country for almost the whole transaction. I knew I could trust Allie to keep everything on track for me despite the stress and significant time difference with me being abroad. Even when things became complicated, I never doubted that Allie was advocating for me fiercely.

Allie is simply the best. Throughout the entire home buying process, which literally lasted years because of how particular I was in my search for the right home, I never doubted for one second that Allie had my best interest in mind at all times. That's including the two homes that I went into escrow on and revoked my offer after inspections. She is honest, kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and patient. I am so glad to have gone through this process with Allie and will be strongly recommending her to anyone seeking a realtor. Only downside is now that I've closed, I won't get to see her as often!

Allie carefully answered all of our questions (and re-answered when we forgot) and addressed any concerns we had. She was incredibly communicative, patient, and never pushy. Allie respected our budget, gave us great investment advice, and never pressured us into situations where we were uncomfortable. She was a champion advocate in all of the negotiations, always being clear and fair. The LA real estate market was so hard on us (multiple bidders and cash offers made the competition so intense!) - I don't know what we would have done without Allie!
