We not only were trying to sell our home in LA, but we were moving to New York, so a great deal of the work had to be done with us on the other side of the country. And to complicate things even further, we needed to sell ASAP. Her main priorities were making sure we were happy and was more than willing to make any adjustments to ensure that.
