Charlie is an exceptional realtor. He has a wealth of knowledge from construction methods, market trends, timing and nuances in the South Florida area that he leverages for your benefit. More importantly, he listens to what it is you are looking for, what you want, and he can make it happen. His hustle is second to none. He was like a project manager, keeping the other side of the transaction, the lender, and the insurance parties all speaking the same language to make sure the sale closes. In my transaction, if Charlie had not been involved, it probably would not have closed. Moreover, I might not have discovered I really could have the home and lifestyle I have sought for a long time. I highly recommend speaking with Charlie before buying or selling real estate.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Charlie to successfully close on a Fort Lauderdale condo last September. For all the reasons I expressed in my review about our experience working with Charlie then (I urge you to please refer to my September 2025 review shown above) it was without hesitation that we engaged Charlie again to assist with the purchase of a second condo. This purchase was quite a bit more complicated than the first, in part, as it was done as a 1031 exchange under IRS guidelines. And, short version, because the strict mandated timeframe of a 1031 exchange was made even tighter by my late decision to enter into the exchange and I was very close to closing on the property I was selling for the exchange. Charlie did not even bat an eye at my self created difficulties, took the reins of the process, and only with his guidance and coordination of all parties involved were we able to close this recent purchase within the strict timeframe! Once again because of his integrity, knowledge, experience, strong negotiating skills and disciplined work ethic he was able to smooth out all the complicated issues and secure the best deal possible for us. He made this difficult process easy and actually enjoyable. Charlie clearly has the skills and professional support network to meet any real estate needs and we look forward to working with him again in the future. Charlie’s bringing these two purchases to successful closings reminds me of a line a friend of mine liked to use - You do good work you get repeat business! So true.

Charlie was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. He consistently kept us informed every step of the way, which made the entire process feel much less overwhelming. His communication was excellent—always following up with potential buyers and making sure nothing slipped through the cracks. What really stood out was his ability to negotiate effectively while still maintaining a calm, steady presence. Selling a home can be stressful, but Charlie brought a sense of reassurance that made a big difference for us. He also went above and beyond by hosting multiple open houses, showing real dedication to getting our home the attention it deserved. We truly felt like we had someone in our corner who cared about the outcome as much as we did. I would highly recommend Charlie to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, responsive, and supportive realtor.

Matt made the entire home-buying process smooth and stress-free. From start to finish, he guided us step by step and was always available to answer our questions and provide valuable insight throughout the process. He was extremely helpful during the property selection stage and took the time to understand all of our requirements and conditions. Thanks to his knowledge of the market and attention to detail, he helped us find the best property available to us. Matt remained professional, responsive, and supportive all the way through closing. His expertise, professionalism, and up-to-date understanding of market conditions made the experience seamless and gave us confidence in every decision we made. We truly appreciate the kindness, patience, and dedication Matt showed us during the entire experience. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated real estate professional, and we look forward to working with him again on any future real estate purchases. Thank you Nik

Matt was on our side since the day he picked up the phone. For him it doesn’t matter what time of the day or what day of the week it is, he will always answer the phone and will answer the questions you might have! That’s a rare quality that not everyone has it! Through out the whole process, he will guide us with his knowledge and always encourage us to ask questions, not just relay on his advice. His persistence on getting the answers to satisfy our questions was admirable. The moment he got the answers, everyone that was involved in the process was getting informed. We are so grateful for his support and quality of service that he provided for us! I am sure that what he did for us, is what he does for anyone that puts his trust in his service. He takes pride in the work he does day in and day out! I would recommend him without a doubt to anyone who wants to do business in the tough real estate market! Thank you Matt for everything!!!

Matt is professional and very accommodating. He take his time and makes sure you understand the process. He is there in every step and makes it so easy. We will definitely see you again sir. Highly recommended.

Efficient and smooth process

Working with Jeff has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. From start to finish, he was more than just a realtor—he was a steady guide, a problem‑solver, and a true advocate for me throughout the entire process. Jeff didn’t just help me sell my apartment; he made the experience feel effortless. His professionalism, attention to detail, and calm confidence turned what could have been a stressful transition into something smooth and surprisingly enjoyable. But where Jeff really shined was in helping me find my new apartment at the beach. He listened closely to what I wanted, understood what mattered most to me, and went above and beyond to make sure I ended up somewhere that genuinely felt like home. Thanks to his dedication and expertise, I’m now waking up to ocean breezes and sunsets I never thought I’d get to call my own. Jeff is the kind of realtor who cares deeply about his clients, and it shows in every conversation, every showing, and every thoughtful recommendation. I’m incredibly grateful for everything he did and couldn’t recommend him more enthusiastically. If you’re looking for someone exceptional, look no further than Jeffrey (Jeff) Smith.

Working with Jeffrey was an outstanding experience—Jeffrey communicated clearly and consistently, demonstrated strong market knowledge, negotiated confidently to secure the best possible outcome, and maintained the highest level of professionalism from start to finish.
