I thought selling my brother-in-law's condo from out of state would be a logistical nightmare but Lloyd Feinberg made it go very smoothly. Took about 6 weeks from my first phone conversation with him until the closing. Once I overnighted the keys to him, the deal began to gain momentum. He looked the unit over (it needed work) and explained how he thought it should be priced. Within a few days his strategy paid off with a couple of offers and Lloyd brought one up to the asking price. Lloyd seemed to anticipate all the potential problems and despite my being out of state, the contract was signed and the paperwork for the sale got to me and back to Florida without any hangups.
