As a buyer of real estate i needed a realtor that was going to show me quality homes in my narrow specific location. kathy from the beginning was full throttle ahead. i wanted to see as many homes as i could fit in my schedule and she delivered. we all know the homes look great in the picture but when you get there , they can be disappointing. so when we found a couple homes , Kathy started the process of placing offers on the homes.
