Unit she managed the renovation because the last tenant left everything in very bad shape & she hired a good contractor. The condo board made the buyer application process very difficult because there was not someone available to communicate, but thanks to her we completed all the process. Also I live in NYC and was not able to be in FLORIDA & she managed to help me with the paperwork & legal documents, and represent me when was neccesary.
