I would like to recognize in this review the amazing job Tamara has done helping us in the process of search, choose and buy our new house. She was always very flexible to adjust to our times, coordinate the best route to visit most of the pre-selected and pre-screened houses in the shortest time and to be on the top of the listing agents in this crazy times where looking for a house means an almost insane competition and discussion for times, payment conditions, moving dates, etc. If you are considering to sell or buy a house, believe me, trust on Tamara, I am sure you will later write a review like the one I am writing now.

Janice assisted us with the purchase of our new home, and with renting out of our existing home. The level of service that Janice provided was second to none. She is extremely knowledgeable and familiar with the local market. She provided us with the guidance we needed in order to make a decision and ultimately purchase our home. From the first time we met Janice, and all the way through the very end of the process, we were blown away by her knowledge, work ethic, communication, and ability to deliver bottom line results. She guided us through every step of the way, and always provided relevant data/information on each potential property. She didn’t simply print out readily available data (as most agents do). She took the time to research, analyze, and compile the data into a concise and organized format that allowed us to understand the pros and cons of each property. Once we finally decided on a property, Janice streamlined the process from offer to closing, and provided us with step by step guidance. She was always available (day or night) to answer any questions we had. She promptly communicated information between the different parties, and always kept the process moving efficiently. She is insanely diligent, which helped us get through this complicated process with no issues. I can say with absolute certainty that when the time comes for me to utilize the services of a real estate agent, the only person I will be calling is Janice Chai Chang.
