Janice assisted us with the purchase of our new home, and with renting out of our existing home. The level of service that Janice provided was second to none. She is extremely knowledgeable and familiar with the local market. She provided us with the guidance we needed in order to make a decision and ultimately purchase our home. She took the time to research, analyze, and compile the data into a concise and organized format that allowed us to understand the pros and cons of each property. Once we finally decided on a property, Janice streamlined the process from offer to closing, and provided us with step by step guidance. She was always available (day or night) to answer any questions we had. She promptly communicated information between the different parties, and always kept the process moving efficiently. She is insanely diligent, which helped us get through this complicated process with no issues.
