Let me start by saying this, Rick is the man. From the very beginning, he found me the house the one I wanted so badly. It had everything I needed and more. The moment I saw it, I told him, “That’s the house. I don’t want to see anything else.” Without hesitation, he looked at me and said he was going to make it happen. A few weeks in with just two weeks from closing, things started to unravel. Issues popped up out of nowhere, and I was on the brink of losing the house. I couldn’t sleep. The stress was overwhelming. It honestly felt like everything I worked for was slipping through my fingers at the very last moment. Through it all, Rick never wavered. Step by step, he reassured me and kept pushing forward. I don’t even know if he truly realized how stressed I was, or if he was just saying “it’s going to be okay” to keep me calm but what I did know was that I trusted him. Even with that trust, the fear was real. And somehow, some way,Rick made it happen. I don’t know if he’s a magician or just awesome at what he does, but against all odds, we closed just a few days after the original closing date. What felt impossible became reality because of Rick. I’ll never forget that.
