Jeremy listed my house and received three (3) contracts before the house was viewed. I accepted one of the contracts and everything was flowing smoothly until I experience some setbacks from the tenants. After nearly nine (9) months Jeremy put the house back on the market received multiple offers and the house was sold within 2 months of relisting. Jeremy was amazing he started sending us listings immediately, he was prompt and got us showings sometimes multiple times.
