He made sure I received all the credits I was entitled to, which made a huge difference and showed me that he genuinely had my best interests at heart.

Jeremy listed my house and received three (3) contracts before the house was viewed. I accepted one of the contracts and everything was flowing smoothly until I experience some setbacks from the tenants. Jeremy skillfully got buyer to cancel the contract and placed the listing on hold. After nearly nine (9) months Jeremy put the house back on the market received multiple offers and the house was sold within 2 months of relisting.
