Nancy Taylor and her team are fantastic. I live in Indiana so the entire sale was handled remotely. Nancy knows her real estate market and the asking price of the home was right on target. I was always kept advised of everything involving every aspect of the sale: needed repairs, contracts, counter offers, etc. etc. She was in constant contact with me either by text, e-mail or phone.
