Cookie was so great to work with. She was really quick at answering questions and setting up appointments and was always available for phone calls when they were needed. She also forwarded recent listings that were exactly the type of property I was interested in looking at. We were able to get my first offer accepted, and she helped the offer process go smoothly.

I worked with Shay when I decided to buy a new house. Shay is a great communicator. She did an excellent job making sure I understood the process of buying, important deadlines and made sure that there are no unexpected issues with the closing. Her availability, attention to detail, and proactiveness are all the qualities I looked for in a realtor. Thank you Shay!
