Mary Kurtz showed that she was a true professional when it came to selling our condo. From prepping the property for sale to the final signing at closing, she was there by our side advising and planning for the next step in the process. Her attention to details adverted some stumbling blocks when working with the buyers. In all, she made our life easy and turned our property around in a short amount of time.

Kris Julian was absolutely the best agent. She was dedicated in providing the best experience. She was motivated to sale the house quickly and she did, within 24 hrs we had a contract. It was her professionalism, knowledge, and ability to connect with the buyer, in addition to having a warm and caring personality. I would use her over and over again for all of my real estate needs.
