We would like to thank Victoria and her team for all of the worked they did in getting our home purchased. We are thrilled with the property we purchased and grateful to Victoria for leading us to it. My wife and I were out of state buyer during the hot market competitive. Luckily, we have Victoria representing us and she helped us find a terrific home. She listened carefully to our preferences and scheduled viewings based on our likes and dislikes. Victoria is so responsive to early morning texting, late night email and phone call; she always has positive attitude and always cheerful. When we were ready to make an offer on a property, Victoria was a skillful yet realistic negotiator and pointed out some things that we should be aware of. We’re greatly appreciated her for honesty, trustworthiness, knowledge, integrity, and no pressure approach. We highly recommend Victoria Hoa as your realtor and her team at Florida Realty Investments with Gayle Stanley Team.

Mrs Vicki was so lovely to work with! She worked with us with patience and determination to find the home to fit our needs and budget. She was so quick in scheduling viewing and fought for us at closing when vital details of the contract were ignored by the seller getting us a settlement. We highly recommend her!
