I was very fortunate to find Clarice to help me in my cross-country purchase that included communication two time zones away. I prefer text over calls and Clarice was very responsive to questions and concerns. In one house hunting trip we looked at 16 houses in 2 and 1/2 days which she organized efficiently. It was obvious Clarice not only loves her job but is also very knowledgeable and observant. She pointed out potential issues in houses I might not have noticed. I think she learned about spotting issues from all of the inspections she's attended! Through the entire house buying process I knew Clarice was there supporting me and overseeing the purchase details. I would recommend Clarice 100%. She's calm, knowledgeable, professional, organized, friendly and likable. I'll be grateful I met her whenever I think of the road that led me to my forever home.

Clarice is one of the most genuine, hardworking realtors I have ever met. Having purchased and sold multiple properties in the Albuquerque area, this buying experience was hands down the easiest and most enjoyable ones. Clarice kept me informed on a day-today basis, always looking out for my best interests and willing to always go the extra mile to ensure I was the first priority as her client.

Clarice is a true gem in the real estate world incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and always going the extra mile - she made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Clarice’s expertise and personalized approach sets her apart as one of a kind. I would highly recommend Clarice to anyone looking for a top-notch realtor!
