483 real estate agents in Bernalillo County

For more than 12 years local agents have held the prices down for quick turn arounds in the Cedar Canyon area. Magdalene saw that and went to work for her clients. Once she started working the area the prices went from the mid 3's to the mid 4's. That happened in a matter of weeks. You would be nuts if you listed with anyone else. All you have to do is check the selling prices for the last six months. Game, Set, Match. I'm out! Craig D. Nelson

We are grateful for the absolutely wonderful service provided by Cara Roles of Lux Properties. We were in interested in buying and selling simultaneously in a wild market (in two different cities and amid a pandemic, no less). Within a few hours of discussing our goals and vision, we were off to see houses. Within days, our offer on our dream home was accepted and we were preparing our current house to go on (and very quickly off!) the market. Cara’s knowledge and experience prepared us for buying and selling and her communication with other realtors and her connections with lenders, inspectors and contractors was impressive and extremely helpful. We never felt rushed despite our very quick timeline, and Cara was always extremely organized, professional, communicative and kind. We highly recommend Lux Properties and will absolutely use their services again.
