For more than 12 years local agents have held the prices down for quick turn arounds in the Cedar Canyon area. Magdalene saw that and went to work for her clients. Once she started working the area the prices went from the mid 3's to the mid 4's. That happened in a matter of weeks. You would be nuts if you listed with anyone else.
