My Buyer's Agent was exceptional!

I was very fortunate to find Clarice to help me in my cross-country purchase that included communication two time zones away. I prefer text over calls and Clarice was very responsive to questions and concerns. In one house hunting trip we looked at 16 houses in 2 and 1/2 days which she organized efficiently. It was obvious Clarice not only loves her job but is also very knowledgeable and observant. She pointed out potential issues in houses I might not have noticed. I think she learned about spotting issues from all of the inspections she's attended! Through the entire house buying process I knew Clarice was there supporting me and overseeing the purchase details. I would recommend Clarice 100%. She's calm, knowledgeable, professional, organized, friendly and likable. I'll be grateful I met her whenever I think of the road that led me to my forever home.
