Jennifer was recommended to us by friends as we began the process of selling our home. From our first meeting with Jennifer, we knew she was the one we wanted to work with. Throughout the process of selling our home, everything, including the little things, gave us a wonderful experience. The first thing I liked about her was out of the multiple realtors we met with, she was the only one who came with a folder of comparative market analysis, projected net proceeds, and printouts of how to prepare our home for showing. It showed preparedness, initiative, and a willingness to assist her clients. Second, her communication habits exceeded expectations. No matter what day of the week it was when we had a question, for example, on a Sunday night, she would message back almost immediately with our answer. She also communicated items that needed to be done by us. Communication is her talent and any of her clients will get important answers promptly. Lastly, Jennifer's tips, communication, and practices lead to incredible results. Because of her guidance and the methods she used to show our house, we were able to put our home under contract in just 3 days!!!! That alone is a testament to the incredible realtor Jennifer is and how much of a blessing she is to her clients. Overall, Jennifer is an understanding realtor who understands the emotions of her clients and is always there when they need her. She walked with us as we were going through the emotions of selling the home our children grew up in. She assured us everything would be okay, and it wound up being so. We had a gut feeling to go with Jennifer and we were glad we listened to it. She is incredible and we would be eager to have another opportunity for her to represent us.

Jennifer is an excellent agent, she made expert recommendations like referring a staging expert, pricing adjustments and kept in close contact with us throughout the entire process. She also wen above and beyond checking on our home during a Texas freeze, turning the faucets on, and even moved stuff we forgot in the garage after the home was sold. She let us know it is harder to sell around the holidays, especially during a very slow market, which is when we listed our home but SHE SOLD THE HOME!!! We were so thrilled to get an offer on December 30th and closed January 30th. She was also very attentive during the closing process. I would go with Jennifer as an agent again if given the chance.
