At every juncture she impressed me with her diligence and flawless execution of paperwork and negotiation. She's a go-getter. Toward the end of my home sale, due to a delay in the buyer's financing, Marva negotiated an extra $1K, so it is actions such as this that really make the difference. My experience with Roy Long Realty and their technology has been stellar as well, really top notch. I got a chance to see comparable listings and more in-depth information beyond Zillow's offerings. Travis was thorough, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable in Tucson real estate. We were buying from out of state and didn’t know anyone in Tucson. Travis was there with us and for us for every step of the way and made it feel like we had a friend in Tucson. He did virtual showings and was very honest on everything he sensed on the property that we couldn’t over the phone (smells, noises, etc). His honesty saved us from buying one property that looked good on paper but wasn’t the best fit for us. Wr scheduled a showing for a Saturday morning on another property, but our dream house hit the market late Friday night. So we sent the dream property to him right after it listed that night, and within an hour he had already scheduled a showing at the dream house for Saturday morning! 🤩 he helped us submit a powerful offer that ended up winning us the house!!
