Travis was a joy to work with. While he represented the seller, he was incredibly helpful and diligent in assisting my parents as the buyers, who did not have an agent. He delivered documents, prepared paperwork, ran down loose ends, get redlines approved, and was always ready to take a call or answer a question. I quickly realized that I would have no concerns as I oversaw the purchase remotely on behalf of may parents, and he was very much a trusted partner in bringing the purchase to a quick close. I would highly recommend him, and regard his as an example of what a great agent can be when they are devoted to great service.

We have had Travis represent us on selling and buying multiple houses in the Tucson area, and he always comes through. Some of our sales were complex and high end (> $1M) and he negotiated very well for us through multiple offers. He and Tiffany make a great team.

Travis was thorough, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable in Tucson real estate. We were buying from out of state and didn’t know anyone in Tucson. Travis was there with us and for us for every step of the way and made it feel like we had a friend in Tucson. He did virtual showings and was very honest on everything he sensed on the property that we couldn’t over the phone (smells, noises, etc). His honesty saved us from buying one property that looked good on paper but wasn’t the best fit for us. Wr scheduled a showing for a Saturday morning on another property, but our dream house hit the market late Friday night. So we sent the dream property to him right after it listed that night, and within an hour he had already scheduled a showing at the dream house for Saturday morning! 🤩 he helped us submit a powerful offer that ended up winning us the house!! And then when we flew out for the inspection, Travis stayed there with us for hours and was very resourceful and friendly through the whole process. Working with Travis as my realtor was a positive experience. I had not sold a house before and I was apprehensive. However, Travis put me at ease immediately during our initial appointment. He offered market value information I needed and answered questions without being aggressive or “pushy.” Once the property went on the market, Travis communicated with me regularly by email and by phone when necessary. The house was on the market only five days when Travis informed me there were two interested buyers. I accepted one of the offers that same day. The sale went smoothly and we closed on the property approximately one month later. From day one, Travis was friendly, professional and helpful in every way.
