They were patient with us and we worked together well to get us a house we had decided on. They allowed us to make our own decisions but gave us good advice utilizing their years of service in the elder community. They were very professional throughout helping us to negotiate for a fair price.

Bill was great from the get go! He listened to what I said I was interested in and helped me find my home. From the moment I walked in, I felt it was mine. The only thing was there were 5 offers, including mine. Bill provided his insights on what it would take for the offer to be accepted and I listened.
