Kelly and team did a great job! She always provided info in a complete, concise and timely manner. This was an Estate sale and she walked me through everything I needed to make this a smooth transaction. Ended up as a full price sale with minor seller concessions, so she really knows the market. The photos provided for the listing were exceptional as well and really helped showcase the property. 10/10 experience, would work with her team again!

Great experience Kelly! The house sold quickly. She was VERY good through with the selling and escrow process. She also kept me current with updates and progress. Very professional! I highly recommend her.

Kelly and Albert are excellent agents. Communication was excellent and they really had our best interests in mind. They definitely had our backs all the way through.

Kelly and Albert were great they helped with everything. We are out of state so we could not get alot of stuff done that was our responsibility they took it upon them selves to see that contractors were there and what needed attention was done right. We couldn't have sold the house without them. I would recommend them to any buyer or seller. Would definitely use them again. Thanks

Katie and Matt learned what we wanted in a home, and showed listing that matched. Their knowledge of the local market made them quick, responsive, and good negotiators on our behalf. We trust their judgment so much that we bought our perfect home sight unseen based on Katie's observations, and we are so happy.

She was very goal oriented, communicative and knowledge of the housing market.

Being from Chicago/Boston, we TOTALLY lucked out when we met Celeste and Jeff and used their talents and services as our agents to buy our AZ home. Where to even start! They are amazing people. So kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable. Very detail orientated and highly communicative, answering any communications from us quickly while also keeping us proactively informed at every stage of the process. To say they go the extra mile would be an understatement. I cannot recommend them more highly. In a world where finding really good people is hard to do, Celeste and Jeff stand as reminders that straight up good, honest and thoughtful humans still exist. Thank you to you both and we look forward to our new friendship.

Working with Celeste was a truly positive experience. She was always responsive, patient, and accommodating—no matter how many questions I had or how detailed I needed things to be. She coordinated everything around my tight timeline. What I appreciated most was her attentiveness and the sense that she genuinely cared about helping me make the right decisions. She never made me feel rushed or pressured, and she consistently followed through on everything. She was especially helpful during the walkthrough and inspections and recommended excellent, trustworthy contractors Celeste is not only very knowledgeable, but also a great person to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive realtor.

Kelly has an excellent knowledge of the market and communicates information to to seller daily. She always keeps everything informed about what is going on. Kelly is very responsive to the questions that she is asked. She keeps everything informed and gets back to you soon. She does her best for everyone.

Most realtors can handle a standard sale, but Kelly Chaplin-Dahl and Melissa McCullough excels when things get complicated. During the inspection phase, several issues arose that could have derailed the deal. Kelly stepped in and negotiated significant credits and repairs that we didn't think were possible. Their tactical approach and firm stance saved us thousands of dollars. They are a true advocate for their clients. It’s rare to find someone who balances grit and grace so well. We felt completely protected throughout the entire transaction. Highly recommend for anyone who wants true professionals in their corner!
