Team Hobgood was incredible every step of the way. We had been casually house hunting with a friend and getting basically 0 progress before being introduced to them through a mutual friend. From the very first text they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and just an absolute pleasure to work with. They were constantly sending recommendations, asking for our feedback, actually taking that feedback, and adjusting our search as we went. They kept honing things in for us until we found what we really think is the perfect home for our family. They were attentive, communicative, friendly, respectful, and honestly, the list goes on. This was a pretty intimidating process for us, especially moving from San Diego to Arizona and not being able to be there for every step of the process, but they communicated well and absolutely nailed it for us. We always felt like we knew what was going on and, more importantly, that we were supported every step of the way.
