Katie Hobgood is an insightful, honest, kind and energetic realtor. She, and her team of experts, recently assisted in selling our home and it was a blissful experience. We were so nervous about putting our home up for sale because the funds from this sale are for our retirement. In a buyer’s market, we needed to sell our large family home for its full market price. At the beginning of the summer, Katie toured our home and commented on what was good and made suggestions on what needed improvement. She also had a talented team of experts that could be utilized if we needed help working on necessary improvements. Her yard maintenance, jacuzzi removal and roofing repair connections are top notch!
