Todd is a top notch professional in the business. He was beyond knowledgeable and attentive. As older clients, he was patient with us and provided in-depth explanations and provided fact based information to ensure that we could make informed decisions. Todd made our home selling experience the least stressful it could be.

Best realtor I’ve worked with in Arizona. He is very helpful and very knowledgeable as well as supportive. Highly recommended his service

Todd was a great realtor. He went above and beyond to go visit many houses for us and to video call and show us the houses. He worked hard researching the Solar contracts and helped put our mind at ease with the whole process. He was the easiest realtor we have ever worked with and thanks to his dedication we got our dream home. If you need a realtor to get you the best deal that hea can and that will work through everything for you then he is a great choice.

Celeste and Jeff are amazing! Selling a home always brings uncertainty but Celeste and Jeff are with you every step of the way; from keeping you informed of the process to questions that pop up any time of the day. They remain in continual communication. They focus on you as a person in the process of real estate. You are not just a business transaction, you truly are respected and treated valuable regardless any humps and bumps that arise (especially the inspection findings--eek those are always hard to read). Jeff has a list of amazing tradesman from general handyman to general a contractor. The few we utilized we were professional, quick to respond, communicated throughout the work task and accurate on their estimate. I have kept these names for future referrals and potential future needs of my own. To sum this review, it is always hard to sell a home, but there is an added layer when you sell the home of a family member. Celeste and Jeff care about you, not the sale, not the process, their focus is on how they can assist you during the business aspect of real estate. They are not a realtor that is distant, but truly care about you! I will definitely refer Celeste and Jeff to anyone who is need of a realtor!!!

Developed a marketing plan, great advertising strategy, faster results than I expected.

Given current circumstances, selling my home ranked quite high on the stress level, but working with my realtor, Vickie Petricka, made all the difference. From the very beginning, she has been truly client-centered. She didn't just listen, she genuinely heard my fears and concerns, and took the time to address each one with patience and care. Her ability to clearly explain every step of the process was invaluable, especially given my limited knowledge of real estate and the current market. What stood out most was her seemingly tireless energy and dedication to achieving our goals. She approached every aspect of the sale with honesty and integrity, treating me, potential buyers and other agents with the utmost professionalism. Her marketing skills and know-how are top-notch, and she staged my home beautifully...it truly showed at its very best. Thanks to her thoughtful preparation and spot-on pricing strategy, my house sold in just one week. I'm incredibly grateful for her expertise, guidance and unwavering support throughout the entire process. Purchasing and selling a home is a collaborative effort between client and agent. Vickie represented me in the purchase of my home as well as the sale, and has had "my back" from the "get-go" until the successful end.

Working with Celeste, and her husband Jeff, was a complete joy. They are both very pleasant and easy to work with. They communicated well, and kept us informed all through the process. They were very patient with us, as we looked at a lot of houses. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a great realtor.

Her no negotiation skills were spot on.

We are from out of state and Joe really helped us understand the Sun City area and walked us through a lot since this was only our 2nd time purchasing a home. He was patient with us and did many things remotely for us when we were back in MN. Hard worker!

Jill was incredible to work with throughout a very challenging home sale. The property had a lot of deferred maintenance, and we worked through several investors before finding the right fit, but Jill never missed a beat. She kept us informed at every stage, handled multiple personalities with grace, and even went above and beyond before listing to improve the home’s curb appeal. Her professionalism, communication, and dedication truly made all the difference. I highly recommend Jill to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated real estate professional.
