I would recommend KC without reservation. I live in Washington State and inherited my folks' home in Sun City, AZ. KC went out of her way to locate a contractor for remodeling, she kept an eye on the home while the work was being done and after. I don't know how many open houses she had and do know that she advertised the home everywhere possible. KC is friendly, professional and was available to answer questions and walk me through the process until the sale was complete. KC is up on any applicable real estate laws and protecting her client is first and foremost. If you are planning to buy or sell a home, I don't believe you could find a finer person than KC.

Anna Carl, is tops in her field. We were comfortable with her from our very first meeting. We had a contract in less than 20 days and closed in !7. She arranged for professional pictures and since we were moving across country she made arrangement for the estate sale, since we took no furniture or kitchen items as well as other items. She was so professional and kept in daily contact when needed. Great Communication and wonderful personality. So much fun to work with. I am glad to recommend Anna Carl as your realtor.
