I couldn't be more pleased and satisfied with working with Billy in the sale of my house. This is the first and only house that I've ever owned and sold, and I can't imagine anyone being much more versed in his chosen profession, the real estate market, than Billy. He usually had answers to all my questions, and if he didn't, he looked into the matter and got back to me. And he always made sure I understood what he was communicating to me, without ever talking down to me. As well, it seemed like I could reach him anytime of the day with my questions, so much so, that there were times when I thought maybe I was his only client - always available! It was a pleasant experience working with Billy, and I would highly recommend him to anybody planning to sell their home!
