At our direction he found and set up all the inspections, repair companies plus multiple estimates for the roof, while letting them in the home and his follow up on the repairs once completed for us. He saved us money using an escalating bid and locking in a sale. Josh joined us in the closing of our home too. We highly recommend him to buy or list your home, you will not be sorry You-will be pleasantly surprised how hard he works for you at all hours and days of the week.
