Our real estate agent Kevin referred us to Sarah as we are out of state and didn't know who to turn to. We are so happy that he found the right person for the job. I was helping my sister with the sale of her condo and Sarah made sure to include me on all communication which was very important to us. She was very knowledgeable and always available to answer our questions. She even scheduled a housekeeper to get it cleaned for us prior to showings! Once we started receiving offers (lots of low ones!), Sarah advised us to sit tight and that she was confident we would get a full price offer. Sure enough, we got 2! The one we went with ended up backing out a couple days later and Sarah hustled to get the other one back in play and under contract the same day. What a relief! We highly recommended entrusting Sarah with your next real estate transaction, we would definitively work with her again!
