I had a great experience with Jeff. He represented both me as a buyer and the seller, and did a very fair job, negotiating a deal that met of our wants. He was professional and helpful to work with. Because of the amount of furniture and art that we had we felt that we needed a relatively long term to get rid of everything that the buyer did not want. We also wanted to stay in Scottsdale until we would normally go back to our home in Illinois, Jeff and Mackenzie were able to get the buyer to agree to letting us stay for 4 months after closing - something that most buyers would object to.
