Buying your first home is a huge milestone, and having someone trustworthy, communicative, and truly in your corner makes all the difference. We worked with Jasmine on both ends of this house buying and selling. It was a unique situation to acquire more land. Jasmine supported us throughout and even put in some sweat equity with her family! She is super knowledgeable of the central phoenix area. She is responsive, understanding, and fair. Strong presence through support, Joe was dynamic in meeting my us where we were at on different occasions. At times things were stressful, and at times they were more lax but he always did a great job in being supportive in what we needed at each respective time. Timely and his attention to detail was awesome, especially with as many moving part as real estate industry can bring. Even post sale he has supported us and checked in to see if we needed anything. Good human always seeming to put our best interest at the forefront in all interactions with other agent/sellers.

Karen is a fantastic realtor and an even better person. From the moment I walked into her open house event, I could tell she was different kind of realtor. She was not trying to push anything on me or sell me something that would "kinda" work. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase, not just make a sale.
