Really! I have worked with Annmarie and her team for several rounds of sales/purchases over past years, and I have never, ever been disappointed. They were referred by a mutual friend years ago, and I have referred them to many friends also! They are knowledgeable, well-informed about the market, friendly, open, and on top of things such that any issues are swiftly resolved to my benefit. They are sweet bulldogs to make sure it's all about me! AND they are well-connected to any service I might need, from financing to housecleaning. I would never consider anyone else!

She was recommended by a neighbor and we asked for a consultation with her to ask questions ranging from how she advertised to her percentage for our sale. We appreciated her balance of years experience in sales to marketing strategies; selling homes in 55+ communities; her team that included home cleaners, a plumber, a group to remove unwanted household items and a helpful agent with a title company. She is a good communicator and she explained the process clearly and gave us great instructions of our to do’s/responsibilities in order that we needed to accomplish along with a time schedule. We never had any surprises along this process and all came together as we had discussed. We could not have been happier with her work performance, positivity, and kind and cheerful nature.
