Gary Van Kilsdonk

This was my first time buying any type of property and going in I was definetfly a bit nervous. Mr. Van Kilsdonk made the process easy and comfortable to where it felt like this was something i have done before. From the beginning of looking at places in the area to closing the process, it was all stress free. Any questions I had were answered and explained clearly. I was quick to realize how much pride he takes in his job. He was easy to work with and communicate with as if he has been an friend I had known for years while still being very professional. I would highly recomend Mr. Van Kilsdonk to anyone in the market.

Gary and his wife Michelle were amazing. This is our first home and they helped us navigate the BS that is the home buying experience. They not only bent over backwards to help us but they understood the additional paperwork and process added by the VA, they nodded their heads and smiled when we added additional loan stipulations when we included the VAs EEM mortgage to the mix. They also smiled and nodded their heads when we asked stupid questions, but they were also patient with us and took the time to explain everything and answer those questions. Gary’s experience helped us during the home inspection process so that we were able to head off any possible issues. This team is awesome and I would recommend to anyone, but mostly I would push any Veteran to seek them out as they know how to deal with us. We cannot say it enough, we are grateful to have had these two help us through the process in buying our home. Thank you guys!
