April is a top notch and in my opinion the #1 realtor in LHC. She communicates excellent, does what she says shes going to do, and above all else has common sense! We have done quite a few transactions and all have been perfect! Thank you again April.

What began as a search for a vacation home became a truly memorable experience thanks to a Realtor April Caley who treated us like family and genuinely cared about helping us find the perfect place. Purchasing a vacation home is a special milestone, and we couldn't have asked for a better Realtor to guide me through the process. From the very beginning, communication was excellent—every question was answered promptly, every detail was explained clearly, and we always felt informed and supported. April's knowledge of the market was invaluable and helped us confidently navigate our options and make the right decision. When it came to negotiations, they were both skilled and persistent, always looking out for our best interests while maintaining a positive and professional approach. What stood out most, however, was April's genuine care and dedication. April Caley took the time to understand what this home meant to us and worked tirelessly to help make that dream a reality. Throughout the entire transaction, demonstrated integrity, professionalism, patience, and kindness. Thanks to April's hard work, we now have a beautiful vacation home where we can create lasting memories with our family. We are incredibly grateful for April's guidance and would wholeheartedly recommend April Caley to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Jeff was truly exceptional. We had met him at an open house and less than a hour later he was already helping us find information on a house that hadn’t even hit the market yet. He guided us through everything and kept us abreast every day on how the process was going. He went above and beyond any expectations that we could have imagined. I almost felt like we were taking advantage of him. He’s so kind and helpful, he just kept telling us that…” that’s my job” We were truly blessed to run into that day. I couldn’t imagine the process going any faster or better! He took care of everything!!! .

From the second we were interested in this property Jeff’s communication was excellent! He was always available to talk about any questions or concerns we had and if he said he would call at a certain time he always followed through. Throughout the whole process we felt that Jeff was on our team and handled the whole purchase process with professionalism. We would use Jeff again in we needed another agent

Jeff is a excellent agent with vast knowledge of the market. He is patient and is always actively listening and presenting you with options you are comfortable with. He’s the exact opposite of most of the other agents I’ve interacted with and that’s why I’ll recommend jeff to anyone
