Communication guiding me through the whole process was great. She was able to provide a calm reassuring guidance to me that I greatly appreciated. She is knowledgeable, friendly and very supportive during the whole process. When I finally met her, it was the most comforting feeling. Bonus, the information for a fun side trip after was great!
