When Ron and I came to the decision to sell our Happy Jack home after 20years, we wanted a realtor we could trust and give us and our home the love it required. We placed a call to Jackie Thrasher who lived fulltime in Happy Jack. She was recommended by someone we worked with over the years on our cabin. Jackie contacted us immediately and worked with us regarding our schedule as we split our time between our home in Chandler and our home in Happy Jack. She met us and gave us detailed information for us to move forward with the sale. She showed us comps in the area, dollars per sq.foot, and understood what our wishes were. She respected our wishes of no open house, sell completely furnished and got to work showing our place. Jackie kept us informed regarding appraisal dates and findings, inspection dates and findings and made our selling experience run smoothly from start to finish. Jackie would be an excellent asset to hire as your realtor. She is very professions, courteous, very knowledgeable of the area and cares about her clients.
