She always responded quickly to our questions and was always there for us to the very end. We highly recommend her if you're looking to sell or buy.

Cheri was wonderful! I had a complicated situation with legal difficulties in selling my home and she was patient and understanding, working with outside agencies and the legal system to meet my needs. I really feel like I made a friend who stuck with me through my battle with timelines and deadlines. Having to sell my home initially, was bittersweet but with Cheri's compassion and steadfast communication, it resulted in a pleasant experience. I would definately highly reccomend her! From the beginning, Chris knew exactly what the value of my home was, she priced it perfectly according to comps and improvements that had been done. She knew what needed to be fixed in order to sell, and had a list of contractors and handymen that were a joy to work with and priced fairly. Chris fought for every penny on my behalf which I appreciate so much. She made herself available at any time to show my house and to answer my endless questions. Once my house was under contract, she stayed on top of deadlines that had to be met, and kept me on track every step of the way with documents and signing until it closed. Chris also stayed on top of the whole process at the title company, explaining to me every document that came to me. She made me feel so comfortable about asking hard questions on things I didn’t understand. Her professionalism was always on point and worked so well with the buyers agent as well.
