She knew what needed to be fixed in order to sell, and had a list of contractors and handymen that were a joy to work with and priced fairly. Once my house was under contract, she stayed on top of deadlines that had to be met, and kept me on track every step of the way with documents and signing until it closed. Chris also stayed on top of the whole process at the title company, explaining to me every document that came to me.
