My family members had a great experience purchasing a home with Janet in 2022. This led me to seek her out for my home purchase 3 years later. Same great service--friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Janet will be honest with you and work hard to help you find the right home. Once you do, Janet has your contract process covered with her expertise. I was very satisfied using her services for my first home purchase.

Janet worked tirelessly to sell our house and find our dream home. She was always checking in and giving us possible next steps. She was always informed on the market and how best to approach it. She worked late nights at times to get whatever paperwork was needed done. Her kindness and attentiveness was always a breath of fresh air throughout the entire process. We loved having Janet as our agent and would recommend her to anyone.

Janet is very responsive and very helpful with proactive suggestions to protect you during negotiations. She is very knowledgeable about the law and processes to ensure a smooth transaction. She and her team helped stage our house and arrange vendors to provide the necessary repairs only after she helped organize multiple bids. Janet made the process of selling during a buyers market a lot less stressful. We are incredibly grateful for her honesty and integrity. Our house sold a lot faster than we anticipated it would thanks to her diligence and marketing! We give her 10 out of 5 stars and will recommend her to all of our family and friends! Thank you Janet!!
