I was met with a significant amount of hurdles in closing and Braden was calm and confident throughout assuring me that it was all normal and there was a solution to everything, and he provided those solutions without faltering. He seemed to genuinely want to do everything he could to get me into my new home, get the repairs done I wanted to get done on my own terms, and make sure I was as comfortable as I could possibly be going into it.
