Chuck was great to work with. He went above & beyond what other realtors do. He was extremely helpful in our search for just the right property. We were living in Colorado so couldn’t travel to Tucson to look at each property. Chuck would FaceTime houses showing all the fine points. Chuck has a list of contractors for roofing, painting, stucco, hvac, landscaping, etc. He makes sure they are all good at what they do before suggesting them. We were not able to get to Tucson after we closed on our house. Chuck would go by & check on the house until we could get there. Our sellers were extremely difficult to work with. Chuck kept negotiating until there was a favorable outcome. With all of the great things just mentioned he’ s a very nice guy too! I highly recommend him!
