She was always quick with important communication and did everything she could to make both of our transactions a stress free process. And we got full price for our recent sale, with a quick offer - likely because of her ability to present and market the home so well. She is also excellent at negotiations with the other party and saved us a lot of money during that process, by double checking inspection/maintenance items being requested, and getting second opinions. She also has an amazing photographer with a drone and it really made the property look great. She's also very skilled with virtual staging and virtual walkthroughs. The online listing was perfection. We can't thank Jennifer enough for her help through the years. Her professional and easy going, friendly approach is such an asset to anyone she helps with real estate transactions!
