He managed lining up inspections and did an outstanding job guiding us through the purchase process, including negotiations with the seller on price, and home repairs. Emilio was so wonderful to work with and he really made my home buying experience joyful. I’ve tried talking to other agents over the phone in the past & everything felt so stressful that I quit for awhile. Emilio was the exact opposite & he was willing to go above and beyond to get me the house I loved! He always worked with me & never rushed me. Buying a house in this market can be intimidating but after sitting down with Emilio and talking to him I knew he was the one I had to work with.
