Realtors are a dime a dozen but Cindie Wolfe is a rare treasure. Cindie sold our house in Tucson. She did a great job of evaluating the market, setting a realistic price (not just a standard lowball listing but not so high as to be out of the market), advising how best to present the property, what counteroffers to make, and completing the paperwork with us. She was not only experienced and knowledgeable, but also personable and genuine. We were introduced to her by a friend of ours who used her to buy a property in Tucson. We have high expectations and Cindie met all of those expectations. She was talented, responsive, and committed. Whether buying or selling, she's a great choice as a realtor.

My wife and I had the distinct pleasure of working with Kelly while finding our house. She was amazing, and went out of her way to make sure we found exactly what we wanted. We gave her pages of listings we wanted to look at, and she helped us filter them down to the best of those, before adding more of her own basd on what she saw we were looking for, and we ended up choosing a house that she had suggested! <br/><br/>During the entire process, she was incredibly helpful and quick to get any paperwork required submitted, to the point where we were even able to close earlier than originally planned!<br/><br/>Multiple times while we looked at houses, she would point out small flaws, or what could change in the future around our house to hurt it's value, and helped us quickly eliminate some of these houses based on these issues (impending business development nearby, etc).<br/><br/>In the end, we are now living in the house kelly directed us to, and incredibly happy with everything about it.

We decided to finally purchase a home in Arizona after our son made the decision to transfer to the University of Arizona. I knew we would need a Realtor but found the prospect of finding someone you can work with daunting. Luckily a friend had another friend who had just worked with Heather. Once I make a decision to do something, I want it do asap and Heather was there for me every step of the way. She was SUPER responsive to my emails and text messages, and did not hesitate to hop in her car to do a "Fact Time" tour for us since we live in Washington. Heather has a "can do" attitude and positive energy. She is professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, and very easy to work with.
