We cold called Sara regarding a home we were interested in. She was available that next day, but I was out of state. My husband and daughter went to look at the home. They decided it wouldn’t be what we wanted, so Sara showed them others. One of the was exactly what we were looking for. We put in a bid while I was out of state and it was ultimately accepted. As things turned out, we ended up having to close when I was out of state again. Sara was instrumental in making sure everything was taken care of and all necessary paperwork was in to make our closing date.
