Phil did an excellent job helping us buy our dream home in Oro Valley..!! He communicated clearly and in a timely manner every step of the way, from the first showings through closing. He managed lining up inspections and did an outstanding job guiding us through the purchase process, including negotiations with the seller on price, and home repairs. I highly recommend Phil, and would certainly work with him again!!

Agent used marketing to reach out.

We had a great experience working with Phil. He was available and responsive every step of the way, which is so critical when you’re trying to navigate the intricacies of a home purchase. I think what stood out for us was his level of integrity and the fact that we felt consistently able to trust him, while navigating all aspects of various timely decisions throughout the process. As well we got the feeling that in addition to being really attuned to the market, he is sincerely committed to his work. Would highly recommend!
