Richard recently helped me sell a townhome in Oro Valley that I thought would never sell. He helped me with all aspects of the sales process, including coordinating repair work, as well as making great suggestions on additional improvements that would make the home sell faster. He is always accessible and very responsive, and has a deep network of trustworthy pros that can help prepare a house for sale or get it ready for move in. He also did a great job with pricing the home as he really knows the Tucson & surrounding area market, and in my case, the home had a great offer on the first day we listed it and eventually closed with that buyer. I agree with one of the other reviewers that Richard truly is a rare "full-service realtor" which is a pretty unique aspect of his approach to business. I would hands down recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Tucson.

Nanci was extremely professional, responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. She took care of everything from start to finish. Her listing materials were first rate. Her expertise was invaluable for navigating a VA loan. We would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for either a buying or selling agent.
