We thoroughly enjoyed using Nick as our agent. We have sold and purchased several other homes in the past so we have a lot to compare it to. Nick was thorough and on time to every appointment. He went above and beyond helping us purchase our new home in a different city From where we sold. He spent countless hours driving to show us homes in an extremely tough market. He was always patient and friendly and insured us that we were the most important thing about his business. I would not hesitate to recommend Nick and I do not have a single complaint. All the feedback I have is five stars. I don’t plan on moving anytime soon but if I had to I would absolutely use Nick again.

I recently got a job out of the area and had to sell my home in a hurry. Ginger was highly recommended by a family friend and we are extremely happy that she was able to help us sell our house. Our house wasn’t in the best shape, and we were having trouble finding reputable repair people to help us make the house sellable. Ginger was able to leverage her considerable network to quickly get us ready to sell. When it came time to list the house, she was able to accurately appraise it and put it at its appropriate market value ultimately selling it at above asking. We received an above asking offer only FOUR Hours after she started to show the house!
