Nicole stepped in with professionalism, compassion, and reliability at every step. She sold the condo in less than 60 days, which was an incredible relief during such a difficult time. Beyond handling the sale flawlessly, she went above and beyond, checking the mail, helping with miscellaneous personal items, and making sure nothing fell through the cracks while we were out of state. Her support made an overwhelming situation manageable, and her kindness made a painful transition easier for our family. I cannot recommend Nicole highly enough. Nicole went above and beyond to write a letter to the seller of the home that is now my primary residence, the letter probably being the deciding factor in the seller choosing my offer over other attractive offers.
